An in-depth consultation before the treatment identifies any physical or emotional concerns in order to formulate an individual treatment plan. A safe, judgement-free space is offered, which is especially valuable if confiding in family or friends isn't available. You will also receive practical tools and advice to support your on-going self-development. You will have control over the amount of talking you need.
